Fawkes & Reece are seeking a strong Mobile Regional Engineering Maintenance Manager from a strong facilities and trade background. £45k - £50k basic salary + benefits - company car.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Estimating team to Determine project requirements and strategically manage numerous jobs at any one time
* Ensures that robust on site Safety procedures are established and employed and checks via audit
* Gives full consideration to all restrictions and links in client and third party approvals with design and delivery of Projects
* Fully aware of the resource requirements of the project and makes arrangements to meet these needs
* Develop project programme with knowledge of critical path, float and risk and opportunity
* Sets up the document control system to optimise distribution of information
* Works with the supply chain to establish effective relationships and ensure continuous improvement
* Working with the Estimating team and client to establish progress to date and ensure that monthly reporting is accurate
* Utilise CAFM systems both internal and the Clients, to maximum effect on the Account: operational delivery, commercial and demonstrating best practice
* Ensure compliance with company Facilities procedures
* Take lead role in Health and Safety for the Account
* Support the Account Manager and Commercial teams in managing the finances of the Account
* Undertake all duties in a manner that is professional and in accordance with the latest company Code of Ethics and Conduct
* Actively work to improve the public perception and brand of company Facilities
* Demonstrates and maintains a high level of operational and commercial knowledge and works closely with the delivery team to review techniques and solutions to meet business and customer needs
* Early identification of business risks in projects and ensuring that risk management, risk registers and contingency are in place to manage a minimise risk
* Comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the company quality policy and procedures and how these are applied to individuals own role
* Work to the principle that Innovation is an essential management capability which will be a key factor in the sustainability of the Account
* Manages project activities to ensure works remain on target and takes action as required to rectify problems
* Sets up processes to ensure the effective management of reporting such as record sheets, site instructions
* Reviews and assists the commercial team in the monthly project reporting to ensure it accurately reflects progress
* Establishes and works to maintain robust open and honest reporting with all parties to ensure project meets targets
* Assist in negotiations with subcontractors, the client etc. to reach resolution on commercial issues always aiming for a win - win situation
* Is familiar and can work within the conditions of contract on the projects that they have been involved with
* Actively targets opportunities to exceed customer expectations
* Identifies challenges and defines methodologies that overcome these to deliver a safe and cost effective solution that delivers the programme
* Evaluates success of completed work and proposes improvements
* Assist with Reactive and Planned works as and when required

Qualifications:
Would like the candidate to have some trade qualifications - something like 18th edition electrical or F-Gas or Gas Safe experience

Relevant Experience:
Desired: Retail and Multi-Locational Management of sites
