Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager for their large residential development in Central London. You will be working on a phase consisting of 600 units, all RC Frame apartments.

You will be responsible for managing the from start to finish underneath a Senior Project Manager. We are ideally looking for someone with an Engineering degree background.

Candidates must have experience having taken a large residential scheme from start to finish as No1 for the full duration.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
