Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor seeking a Commercial Manager in Northamptonshire.

Established over 100 years ago, my client is an award-winning contractor specialising in infrastructure, earthworks and highways sectors. They are known for their excellent delivery of technical projects and their professional approach to the delivery of these schemes. My client presents themselves as a consistently reliable major contractor.

As such, my client is looking to welcome a Commercial Manager to join their team in Northamptonshire. The role will be mainly dealing with Infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and 278 works. My client would like the successful candidate to be able to:

- Manage and oversee multiple projects across the area.
- Liaise with operational and engineering staff to ensure site records are kept to the standard required.
- Produce, submit, and agree monthly application with the client, in line with the form of contract.
- Work collaboratively with the bid and estimating team in relation to any contractual queries

Requirements of the role:
-Degree in Quantity Surveying
