Bathroom Fitter Required - Sheffield

Start Date: 17th August

Pay: £1,200 - 1,300 price work

Duration: Long Term Work

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hr week

We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on a social housing project across Sheffield.

Job Responsibilities:

It will include everything in a bathroom except floors and electrics. Please see below.

• Remove 10m2 of Plaster.
• Remove any existing and required sanitary ware.
• Change pipe work if required and brace floor for level floor shower access tray as required.
• Ply floor and small up stand.
• Install bathroom suite as required.
• Tile up to 10m2 as required.
• Paint areas as required.
• Carry out any extras as required (extra price agreed at the time)- mixture of stud walls, boxing in hanging mirrors or cabinets etc.
• As agreed, this is all extras and agreed at the time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Plumber/Bathroom Fitter
• Ideally some social housing experience
• Own Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
