• Review incoming RFPs and client briefs to map out winning bid strategies, project methodologies, and timelines.
• Lead kick-off meetings and collaborate with estimators, planners, commercial leads, and external supply chains to gather data.
• Oversee the writing, editing, and assembly of technical and commercial proposals to ensure 100% compliance with client rules and statutory regulations.
• Input into cost calculations, value engineering workshops, and open-book pricing build-ups.
• Manage pre-contract customer clarifications, presentations, and submission handovers to operational delivery teams.
• Compile corporate data, safety records, and past project evidence to pass minimum standards.
