Chelsey Nuttall

I have been with the business for over 10 years progressing from being a Recruitment Consultant to now Sales Director. In my role I help identify new business opportunities and head up a variety of our key accounts. Building relationships with our customers is my primary focus aligned with helping our team to deliver the highest level of service. I have successfully led winning strategies for new customers and overseen the onboarding and mobilisation of some our largest accounts who have been the most respected house building and construction companies in the UK. I am proud of the hard work my team put in to ensure our relationships with our customers are successful and long term.

My approach you could say is direct and to the point but is built around strong values. I work very closely with my team and customers to ensure there is close attention to detail and we aim to deliver a service we can be proud of. I am lucky to have a team around me that shares in precisely that and having such a strong and committed team allows me to personally strive even further. My approach is also reflected by my team – motivated, positive and solutions led.
