Experience

I am a specialist construction recruiter with a 20-year career history in working with some of the UK’s leading organisations. Over the years, I have built up an extensive customer base & talent pool working closely as a dedicated recruitment partner within the construction and built environment.

In my current role, I head up permanent and executive recruitment operations across our Northern offices collaborating with our key customers to support them with their annual recruitment programmes with a strong focus on the sourcing and selection of the most talented construction professionals in the industry along with providing the highest level of service.

Approach

Our team and I are extremely passionate about partnering by providing a collaborative, honest and transparent service built on truly listening to our customer needs and providing an exceptional customer experience. Our recruitment approach is always “quality” centric. We pride ourselves on examining the finer details ensuring that we conduct thorough sourcing, vetting and selection which closely matches individual needs to requirements. We carry out regular service level review meetings, are flexible and adaptable to changing needs or shifting market conditions and therefore are always in a position to act quickly and effectively to assist and support our customers to build talented teams as required.
