Senior Project Manager - Power Infrastructure & Data Centres

Location: West London / M25 Corridor (Junctions 15-23)
Salary: £95,000 - £100,000

We are partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major HV power and data centre projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who can deliver substations, grid connections and HV works that support large projects such as data centres.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Project Manager or a high-performing Project Manager ready to take the next step. You'll take ownership of major projects from inception through to completion, leading delivery teams, managing client relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple high-value power and infrastructure projects.
  • Drive programme performance and project execution from start to finish.
  • Take ownership of project commercials and contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers and site delivery teams.
  • Manage risk, resource planning and project reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and FIDIC contractual frameworks.
  • Work closely with operational, commercial and engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, utilities, power or construction projects.
  • Strong Electrical, Engineering or Civils background.
  • Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large budgets and project programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective leader with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Ability to operate in client-facing environments and build long-term relationships

Candidates with experience in substations, utilities, grid connections, HV infrastructure or data centre developments will be highly regarded.
