We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Ringwood, Hampshire. The business undertakes projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued between £250k - £6m

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage subcontract procurement
• Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Have a HNC / ONC or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies etc.
• Have around 7+ years of construction contracting experience
• Have an understanding of JCT Standard and D&B forms of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Ringwood, Hampshire
