Senior Site Manager

I am currently working with a strong Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Senior Site Manager, to oversee large new build school in Essex. This would be a no2 position, managing the project from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression.

Our client is looking for someone with experience leading education or commercial projects of £15+ million from site set up to handover.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

• Construction lead on a flagship project for a top Main Contractor.
• Working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Oversee schemes as No2 - managing the whole build process from start to finish.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• Ideally a Site Manager who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Ideally but not essential, previous experience overseeing a new build school.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
• Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
