The Multi Skilled Engineer role:

As the site Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the existing maintenance team with day-to-day planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Duties will include dealing with drain blockages, split unit repairs, temperature investigations and general mechanical and building services repairs.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Engineer:

* Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
* City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services
* CSCS Card
* Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
* Good knowledge of mechanical and building services systems
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
* Strong health and safety awareness
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
