We are looking for an experienced Patch Plasterer to start working on a new build housing development in Preston.

Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Start: ASAP
Location: Preston

Duties include:

• Patch plastering and making good
• Repairing minor defects in plaster work
• Filling and blending patches
• Making good around sockets, switches, doors and other areas
• Preparing surfaces ready for mist coating/decorating
• Maintaining a high standard of finish
• Working efficiently to meet site deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on new build sites
• Own tools
• CSCS card
• Reliable and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
