We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading principal contractor on a major construction project in Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer with strong experience on large-scale construction projects to join an established project team and play a key role in the delivery of the works.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the engineering delivery on site, working closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and consultants to ensure works are delivered safely, accurately and to programme.

The project is a major life sciences development involving a four-storey concrete frame, alongside significant enabling and structural works.

About You

We're looking for a Senior Engineer who has:

• Proven experience working for a principal contractor
• Strong experience on major construction projects
• A solid background in concrete frame construction
• Strong setting-out and engineering skills
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and construction processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work confidently as part of a large project team

Location: Oxford

Important: Candidates must be based in or live within a commutable distance of Oxford, as this is a site-based position.
