Experienced 360 Excavator Operator

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, skilled and reliable 360 Excavator Operators to join our growing team.

The successful candidates will have experience working on construction and groundworks sites, operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently. We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, have a good attitude and can work well alongside other site staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate 360 excavators on construction and groundworks sites.
• Carry out excavation, trenching, digging and grading work.
• Load and move materials as required.
• Work closely with groundworkers, site supervisors and other machine operators.
• Follow site instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Complete daily machine checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Keep work areas safe, tidy and organised.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating 360 excavators.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator qualification.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A professional approach to work.
