I have worked in recruitment for 17 years, starting back in 2006 with no experience but with a plucky attitude. My hard work, determination and some great personal results lead to me gaining promotions from Trainee Consultant, through to Manager and then Director. In my current, which I’ve held for 8 years, I focus on hiring and developing the best Consultants, working with clients who appreciate how a great Recruitment Agency can add to their business, and managing the operations of Fawkes & Reece (North).

My approach to clients is always led with being honest straight talking, fair and trusting.  I like to get to know my clients business inside and out to enable me and my team to offer them best recruitment process which is align to the business they are recruiting for.  I’m always looking for clients who are after a recruitment partner where we have mutual respect and can grow together.

One of my biggest joys in recruitment is watching my staff’s personal and professional development, and over the years I have had the privilege of assisting and developing a number of trainees who are now working in senior roles within the business.  I also take great pride in the number of staff members who have worked with me for such a long time.
