My experience within recruitment spans 5+ years with a mixture of high street recruitment and rec2rec, placing recruitment consultants across the UK into many different recruitment environments.

In my current position, my objective is to always explore and find the best and most suitable talent for the business but to also try and help the business grow and reach our overall objectives.

My approach has been the same throughout my life – treat everyone with respect, be honest and straight talking. I’m always keen to gain knowledge from others within the business, and equally enjoy training new staff and helping them to develop within the company.
