  • Trainee recruitment consultant; and
  • Recruitment resourcer.

With a minimum of six months’ previous sales experience you’ll have a solid understanding of sales. We’ll give you all the support and training you’ll need to learn the art of recruitment.

Our trainee recruitment consultants begin in a specialist candidate engagement role focused on learning candidate management. You will develop relationships with key players in the industry that will help you succeed when you graduate from our Trainee Program and move into a full service 360-degree recruitment role. Mentoring will be provided by our Training and Development Manager along with structured training from experts across the business.

Recruitment resourcers work directly alongside our most successful recruiters; getting the opportunity to learn the recruitment process first-hand. You will benefit from their wealth of experience, working with them on a one-to-one basis receiving advice, feedback and support. You will also get the opportunity to develop relationships with both candidates and clients that can prove profitable throughout your recruitment career.
