We are delighted to welcome Jasmit Kalra to the company as Group Operations Director this week.

Known more commonly as Kal, he joins Fawkes & Reece bringing a wealth of knowledge and an aim to utilise his experience within the business’ growth strategy.

Previously Operations Director at Ranstad Plc (formerly Hill McGlynn), Kal spent the last 24 years playing a pivotal role in the company’s success and lead them to become a UK market leader within the construction, property and engineering sectors.

Commenting on his new position, Kal said: ‘I was sad to leave behind a business that has played such a huge part of my life, but the opportunity to work for a privately-owned company, with real ambition and a great reputation was something that excited me a great deal. Fawkes & Reece have a vision to build the business by investing in its people and there’s a very modern and dynamic feel within the company.’

We are a market leader within the white-collar, building and residential sector with ambitious plans to grow our Rail, FM, Maintenance and building divisions further.

Ray Connolly commented on the appointment: ‘We hit it off the moment we met and share the same values and energy. As soon as the conversations turned to the company’s growth and vision for the future, we both knew we’d work very well together, and that Kal would be a great addition to Fawkes & Reece.’

Over the last 2 years, whilst the UK and the Construction sector has seen a variety of challenges, we remain hugely optimistic and have been building for growth and feel this appointment adds operational strength that will support all aspects of the company and our customer base.
